These Terms of Service govern quotations, orders and the supply of two-way radios, repeaters, accessories and related services offered under the Ruixun brand. They apply to business buyers: by requesting a quotation or placing an order, you accept these terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Last updated: 15 October 2026
Scope
These terms apply to all quotations, order confirmations, deliveries and related services supplied under the Ruixun brand, including handheld and mobile radios, repeaters, dispatch and PoC equipment, and accessories. Where an order confirmation, proforma invoice or separately signed agreement contains different terms, that document prevails over these terms for that order.
Quotations and order confirmation
Quotations are prepared per request, set out the models, quantities, configuration and commercial terms discussed, and remain valid for the period stated in them. A quotation is not a binding offer. A contract is formed when we issue a written order confirmation or proforma invoice that restates the agreed models, quantities, prices, delivery terms, lead time, warranty terms and payment schedule for that order. Please review the order confirmation carefully and raise any discrepancy with us promptly.
Prices and payment
Prices are quoted per order and confirmed in writing in the order confirmation; nothing on this website constitutes an offer or a binding price. Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties, customs charges and bank fees, which are handled as set out in the order confirmation. Payment methods, currency, deposit requirements and the payment schedule are agreed per order in writing. If agreed payments are not made on time, we may suspend production, hold shipment or adjust the delivery schedule.
Lead time and shipping
Lead time and shipping arrangements are confirmed per order in the order confirmation. International commercial terms (Incoterms) are agreed per order and stated in the order confirmation; title to and risk in the goods pass in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Where delivery is delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the force majeure section below applies.
Inspection and claims
Please inspect the goods promptly after delivery. Visible damage or shortage should be noted with the carrier at delivery and reported to us within the period stated in the order confirmation, with photos and packing evidence where possible. Defects that are not apparent on inspection should be reported as soon as reasonably discovered. We will assess the claim and, where it is justified, repair, replace or credit the affected goods as agreed with you.
Warranty
The warranty period, coverage and conditions are as agreed in the order confirmation for each order. The warranty covers manufacturing defects under normal use and correct installation. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, accident, unauthorised modification or repair, or operation outside the published specifications. To make a warranty claim, contact us through the contact form on our website with the order reference, model, serial number and a description of the issue; we will confirm the next steps.
Buyer obligations
Two-way radios are regulated equipment, and compliance responsibilities rest with the buyer. In particular, the buyer is responsible for obtaining the frequency licences and operating permits required in the destination country; for complying with import, customs and local type-approval or registration requirements; and for ensuring that equipment is configured, programmed and used in accordance with local regulations. We can provide product documentation to support these procedures, but the obligations and any resulting fees remain with the buyer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability arising from or related to an order is limited to the value of that order, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Force majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including natural events, war, civil unrest, epidemics, government actions, sanctions, transport disruptions and failures of suppliers or carriers. Affected deadlines are extended accordingly. If such an event continues for a prolonged period, either party may terminate the affected order in writing, and we will refund prepayments for goods not delivered.
Intellectual property and branding
All content on this website, including product photography, descriptions and the Ruixun brand, is owned by us or used with permission, and may not be copied or used commercially without our written consent. Buyers may not use the Ruixun name or logo without prior written permission. For OEM and ODM arrangements, branding, tooling and design ownership are set out in the relevant agreement between the parties.
Governing law and dispute resolution
The governing law and the forum for dispute resolution for each order are agreed in the order confirmation, because the legal entity that sells under the Ruixun brand is being finalised. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties will attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith discussion; to raise a concern, contact us first through the contact form on our website.
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time an order is placed is the version that applies, unless the order confirmation states otherwise. Where an order confirmation and these terms differ, the order confirmation prevails.
