29 production models across 5 product families, from analog handhelds to DMR repeaters and PoC terminals.
We support project supply, dealer stock and OEM/ODM programmes.
Documentation includes type approval support, UN38.3, SDS and programming files.
Pricing is project-based; factory prices are not published on the website.
A two-way radio project usually needs more than a box of radios: a band version that matches the licence, accessories that match the roles, programming files that match the channel plan, and documents that clear customs and satisfy the client. That is the supplier job.
We work with system integrators, security companies, hotel groups, industrial contractors and dealers who need a second source or a project-specific configuration. This page explains what we supply, what we need to quote and how the OEM/ODM process works.

What do we supply?
We supply handheld radios, vehicle-mounted radios, repeaters, dispatch and PoC terminals, plus the accessories that make them usable: earpieces, speaker microphones, batteries, chargers and antennas. The catalogue covers analog, DMR and PoC, so a project can be configured around the site rather than around one product family.
For project supply we prepare the band version, channel plan, programming file, labels and documentation. The goal is a system that arrives ready to install, not a carton that needs another week of configuration.
Who do we work with?
System integrators, security companies, hotel groups, industrial contractors, event suppliers and dealers. Some need a complete project pack; others need stock, accessories or a second source for a model they already sell.
We do not compete with our dealers on the same project. If you are quoting a project, tell us the scope and we will support the configuration without publishing your pricing.
How does the OEM/ODM process work?
OEM starts with a model and a brand: logo, packaging, label, manual and the market approval the brand will hold. ODM goes further: housing, keypad, firmware options and an accessory set specific to the programme. Both need a clear specification and a sample approval before mass production.
The process is: requirement → sample → approval → pilot batch → mass production → inspection → shipping. Do not skip the sample; a packaging or firmware change after production is far more expensive than a sample round.
What documentation comes with the order?
Depending on the market and the product, the pack can include type approval or certification support, test reports, declaration of conformity, UN38.3 and SDS for lithium batteries, programming files, user manuals and label artwork.
Tell us the destination country and the client’s acceptance requirements at the quotation stage. Documents requested after shipment are always more expensive and slower.
What lead time should we plan?
Standard models in stock can ship in 1–4 weeks. Project configurations with programming and accessory kits usually take 2–6 weeks. OEM/ODM programmes take longer because of samples, packaging and production slots.
Add shipping and customs time. For a project with a fixed opening date, work backwards from installation and keep a buffer for approval documents and freight.
What about warranty and after-sales?
Warranty terms depend on the model and the programme. Project supply usually includes a standard warranty plus a spare-parts ratio; OEM/ODM terms are agreed in the contract. Keep serial numbers and programming files so a warranty claim can be traced.
For multi-site projects, agree who provides first-line support: the integrator, the dealer or the factory. A clear support path is more valuable than a longer warranty with no local response.
How do we start?
Send the destination country, site type, number of users, talk groups, required models and any approval or branding requirements. We will reply with a configuration, a project price and a document list.
If the project is still at the design stage, send the coverage area and the licence status instead. We can start from the requirement, not only from a model number.
Supply compliance and commercial notes
We do not publish factory prices or dealer margins. Project pricing is provided against a defined scope. Equipment must be approved for the destination market and match the customer’s licence; the customer or importer normally holds the frequency licence.
Provide the destination country and expected approval path.
Confirm the band version before the order is placed.
Agree the documentation pack at quotation stage.
Keep serial numbers and programming files for traceability.
Do not publish project pricing or dealer terms.

Multi-Building Industrial Park Network
A multi-building DMR project supplied with project-specific programming, accessories and a phased delivery schedule.
The integrator received configured radios and documentation; the site commissioned building by building without reprogramming on site.
Client name withheld; the figures describe the delivered configuration.
No. Pricing depends on the model, quantity, configuration, accessories, documentation and delivery terms. Send the scope and we will quote the project.
Are you a two way radio dealer or a manufacturer?
We work as a two way radio supplier and project partner for dealers, integrators and end users, sourcing from our own manufacturing partners. A two way radio dealer buying for resale gets model selection, programming, accessories, approval documents and project pricing; an end user gets a configured system rather than a box of radios.
Do you support OEM and ODM?
Yes. OEM covers logo, packaging, labels and manuals; ODM covers housing, keypad, firmware options and project-specific accessories. Both require a sample approval before mass production.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the model and the programme. Project supply can start from a small number of radios; OEM/ODM usually requires a higher quantity per model. Ask for the specific model.
Can you program radios to our channel plan?
Yes. Send the channel plan, talk groups, contacts and encryption requirements. We program and label the radios before shipment and include the programming file.
What documents can you provide?
Depending on the market: type approval or certification support, test reports, declaration of conformity, UN38.3, SDS, programming files, manuals and label artwork.
Do you work with dealers on the same project?
We support the dealer’s project and do not compete on the same scope. Tell us the project and the channel; we will keep the pricing and configuration confidential.
