Two approvals matter: equipment type approval/registration for the model, and a frequency licence for the operator and site. The first is about the product; the second is about your right to transmit. A project can have one and not the other, and that is not enough.
The local importer or dealer usually handles registration and clearance. Start the conversation before the equipment is ordered, because the approved band version and model must match what is shipped.
A standard shipment needs a commercial invoice, packing list, TDRA approval evidence and battery transport documents. Arabic/English labels and manuals help with customs and client acceptance.
