Regional guides for buyers: frequency rules, equipment approval, import documents and lead times for Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia.
Quick answer
- Each regional guide covers frequency rules, equipment approval, import documents and project lead times.
- Country guides cover Nigeria, Kenya, Saudi Arabia, Indonesia, Vietnam and the Philippines; broader Africa, Gulf and Southeast Asia pages cover the regions.
- Documentation is part of the project, not something to request after the shipment.
- Ask for a country-specific quote with the band version, approval status and Incoterm.

Do you ship to these regions?
Yes. We supply projects across Africa, the Middle East and Southeast Asia through direct or local-partner channels. The quote states the Incoterm and the document pack.
Can you handle type approval or licensing?
We provide the technical file and approval support for the equipment; the operator or importer normally holds the frequency licence and completes local registration.
Do you have local partners?
We work with importers, dealers and service partners in these markets. Tell us the destination and we will confirm the available support model.
What lead time should we plan?
Standard models ship in 1–4 weeks; programmed project orders usually take 2–8 weeks depending on the market, plus freight, customs and approval time.
Can you program radios to local frequencies?
Yes, once the channel plan and licence are confirmed. Do not transmit on proposed frequencies before the licence is granted.
Can you provide Arabic or English documentation?
Yes. English is standard; Arabic labels and manuals can be prepared for Gulf projects when required.
