29 production models across 5 families, from analog handhelds to DMR repeaters and PoC terminals.
Mixed-model and mixed-accessory orders are supported for dealers and project buyers.
Programming, labelling and export documentation can be prepared before shipment.
Pricing is quoted against the order scope; factory prices are not published.
Wholesale is not just a lower price per unit. It is a repeatable supply relationship: consistent models, accessories that match, programming that can be cloned, documents that clear customs and a lead time that keeps the dealer’s stock turning.
This page is for dealers, distributors and bulk buyers who need a mixed order rather than a single project configuration. Tell us the models, quantities and destination; we will quote the order and the documentation pack.

What counts as a wholesale order?
A wholesale order is a repeatable stock or project order, not a single sample. It usually includes several models, accessories or spare parts, and it may be repeated on a schedule. The pricing is quoted by line item against the mix, not as one unit price for the whole carton.
If you are buying one or two radios to evaluate, use the sample or project route. If you are stocking a catalogue or supplying a multi-site project, you are in wholesale territory.
Can we mix models and accessories?
Yes. A mixed order can combine analog and digital handhelds, mobile radios, repeaters, batteries, chargers and earpieces. The quotation lists each line, and the packing list follows the same structure so the dealer can receive and shelve by SKU.
Mixed orders need a clear model/quantity table. A vague “100 radios” request cannot be priced or packed correctly.
Do you program and label wholesale radios?
Yes. We can program a dealer template or a project channel plan, lock the channel list, label each radio with the model/group and pack by carton. Programming files are included so the dealer can clone replacements later.
Tell us the label format and the carton marks at the quotation stage. Reprinting labels after packing is a common source of delay.
What export documents are included?
A standard wholesale pack can include the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable, type approval or certification support, test reports, UN38.3 and SDS for lithium batteries, and the programming file.
The exact list depends on the destination and the buyer’s customs broker. Send the requirement before the order is confirmed.
What lead time should a dealer plan?
Stock models can ship in 1–4 weeks. Mixed or programmed orders usually take 3–8 weeks. OEM programmes take longer because of samples, packaging and production slots.
Add freight and customs time. For a dealer, the right question is not “when does it leave the factory” but “when is it available to sell”.
What are the payment and order terms?
Terms depend on the order size, the relationship and the destination. New wholesale accounts usually start with a deposit and balance before shipment; repeat accounts can agree better terms. Incoterms, inspection and warranty are written into the order confirmation.
Do not compare wholesale quotes on unit price alone. Compare the landed cost: freight, duty, programming, accessories, spares and the cost of a delayed shipment.
How do we start a wholesale order?
Send the model/quantity table, destination country, accessory mix, programming requirement and delivery terms. We will reply with a line-item quote, a documentation list and a proposed shipping schedule.
If you are unsure about the model mix, tell us the market and the end users. We will propose a stock mix that covers the common use cases without overstocking slow models.
Wholesale compliance and commercial notes
We do not publish factory prices, dealer margins or project pricing. Wholesale pricing is quoted against the order mix and destination. Equipment must be approved for the destination market; the importer or dealer normally holds the market approval and the end user holds the frequency licence.
Provide a model/quantity table, not a total unit count.
Confirm the band version and approval for each destination.
Agree programming, labels and carton marks before production.
Include UN38.3 and SDS for lithium battery shipments.
Compare landed cost, not unit price alone.
Project evidence
Multi-Building Industrial Park Network
A multi-building DMR project supplied as a mixed order with project programming, accessories and phased delivery.
The dealer received a line-item pack that matched the site plan; the installation team commissioned building by building.
Client name withheld; the figures describe the delivered configuration.
It depends on the model and the mix. Stock orders usually start at 50 radios; project orders can start lower. OEM programmes have a higher per-model minimum. Ask for the specific line.
Can we mix analog and DMR in one order?
Yes. Mixed orders are quoted by line item and packed by SKU. Provide a model/quantity table so the quotation and packing list match.
Do you program radios for dealers?
Yes. We can program a dealer template or a project plan, lock the channel list and label each radio. The programming file is included for future cloning.
Can you ship to our forwarder?
Yes. Provide the forwarder details and the Incoterm. We will prepare the export documents and the packing list for the forwarder.
What documents come with a wholesale order?
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin where applicable, approval or certification support, test reports, UN38.3, SDS and the programming file. The exact list depends on the destination.
Do you publish wholesale prices?
No. Pricing depends on the mix, quantity, programming, accessories, documentation and delivery terms. Send the scope for a line-item quote.
Can we order accessories separately?
Yes. Batteries, chargers, earpieces and antennas can be ordered as a replenishment shipment, mixed with radios or on their own.
