Can we visit the factory or get an audit report?
Factory visits can be arranged with advance notice, and self-assessment documents can be prepared for your compliance team. Tell us which format your quality or legal department needs.
Do you supply under our own brand?
Yes. OEM and ODM programmes are available: housing colour, logo, packaging, manual, firmware defaults and band configuration. Customisation scope is confirmed per model because it depends on tooling and order quantity.
Which documents come with a shipment?
Typically the packing list, model declaration with band and power information, user manual in the agreed language, and — where applicable — CE/FCC documentation and battery transport papers. Additional documents can be added if your importer requires them.
How is the correct band version decided?
From two things: the frequency licence you hold or plan to apply for, and the regulations of the destination market. Send us both and we will match the version; if you are still applying for the licence, we start from the band plan of your market.
What about spare parts after the first order?
Batteries, chargers, antennas, microphones, belt clips and programming cables are kept available for models we supply. For long projects, agree a spare-parts ratio with your order so critical units are covered.
